I-94 expiring, Pls help Friends
My wife\'s H1b is expiring on 14 Feb 2001, meanwhile we have applied for renewal of H1b. Now a days it is taking 2-3 months for approval of H1b. We also have a Work Authorisation, which we never used. After 14 Feb, if we dont get our H1B approval, Also our I-94 will expire on 14 Feb 2001...- Bal
