    Hi, I was laid off on August, 2003 with severance in Company A. Officially employment terminated on Nov, 2003. Applied for H1 transfer to Company B in August 2003 but did not get approved till May 2004. H1 was pending in INS office. Worked for Company B in the month of April of 2004...
