    Case transferred to CSC. Looking through the postings it appears that some get their approval without interview and some keep waiting.

    Looking through the posting it appears that for a few people whose cases were transferred to CSC received an approval without interview. So hope for the best. One of them was "tinkerbelluk" and another "bijujoseph99". My mothers case has now been transferred to CSC. Keep us posted.

    I just realized that the EAD and AP are free if filed together with I-485 (Cost is $1010). So it does not hurt to file the EAD.

    I am just getting ready to apply for my mother's greencard. I am noticing that several people are filing for the EAD also. There is no intention for my mother to work. Is there any advantage in applying for the EAD.
