Hi, I am currently on H1 and I am loosing my job end of this month. I am goin for a substitute GC with a new company, I might have a chance of getting EAD in 2 to 3 months, meanwhile do I need to have H1 with this new company? please advice. One more question is, there is a roamer going on...
