Notice says 60 Days I just saw the RFE notice it says " From the date this office receives your resubmission a min of 14 days will be required to process your form. If you have not heard from us within 60 days then you may contact this office at 802-527-4913" This no sucks!!!, can...- penrith

RFE - How Long??
Hi Friends, How long does it take to get the result for a RFE on a I140. RD: 01/25/01 RFE: 08/03/01 RFE replied: 10/08.01 AVM updated: 10/19/01 Still Waiting.... Reciept No is 01-087-XXXXX I am not sure if this is normal. Please advice, any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance...- penrith
