Hi I applied for H1B for 2009 and i got the receipt no. and case is pending now. I even renewed my TN visa by efiling on june,3,2008 as june 14 it got expired. Now i have two recipt numbers for H1 and TN. Will it effect my outcomeof H1B. Bit worried about this issue. Advice me

No stamping right Thankx all for advices. My understanding from the above discussion is that 1)Travelling after COS approved will not be a problem 2) I dont need any H1B stamping as am a canadian citizen and also i will be holding TN approved renewal. Regards

I filed for H1b and also change of status to H1b in october(in case i get H1B) Now do i need renew my TN as it is going expire in june. Then after getting TN aaproval can i travel to india in august without getting stamped for H1 while coming back to USA in september.

Hi why there is a discussion on consular for TN. I was just asking you guys which method is easy to get approval bcs at the border they might ask questions and try to give hard time to approve TN. Try to get principle out of my statements and not to have discussions which is not worth.

That's true Ur right but at border it depends on consular and he might give tough time to approve the visa where as with efile(premium Processing) certainly i will get good reponse.I am just thinking like this but i dont know how far am true. For travel it costs me the same amount as premium...

Hi I have forwarded TN extension application I-129 by efile.I got the receipt no. also. But i did mistake in entering place of birth. I entered canada as place of birth instead of india. Offcourse i am going to call them but will it effect my outcome of application. Kindly advice
