I have two approved I-140 petitions one EB2 and One Eb3 (labor substitution) from the same company. I used my EB2 I-140 (PD Feb/2005) to file my I-485 in Jul '07 on my own. EB3 I-140 (PD Apr/03) substitution petition was filed after my Eb2 I-140 was approved. Eb3 i-140 was approved in Nov '07...- search.gc
