Just wanted to clarify whether my wife can work 2 parttime jobs using her dependent EAD. We are in 485 stage and both of us are currently working on EAD. Also, is there any paperwork to be done for this? thanks

kandy, i am not exactly sure. but i think your wife CANNOT use H4 once she starts using her EAD. so, she may need AP. again, not very sure. ramssaran, i dont remember giving any I94#s either. what you need are the arrival and departure dates, which you can try to remember or try to...
