Company sold after filing I-485
I filed my I-485 on 6-27-01. My company will be sold by the end of November but I don\'t think I will be laid off after the merge and I will do exactly the same job as I am doing now. Will this merge affect my I-485 application? Do I have to re-apply labor or I-140?- ZHP
