    yes, it is labour substitution. As my 485 LUD changed twice last week, I called up VSC to find out why. Officer said, it would be because of my finger print or signature update. But I cofirmed that my name check was not cleared yet. Please, post your info as well.

    140 AD: 06/05 category : EB3/India FP done: 02/01/06 And, my 485 LUD changed on 04/06/06 and 04/08/06 , and also, it reflected on my approved AP and EAD. Can you guess why?
