My Details - Labor was applied on September 2000. I-140 applied in May 2001. I-485 applied in June 2002 First Finger Print notice received in November 2004. RFE in June 2005 I-485 approved on 11/10/2005. Hope this helps.

I had an RFE back in June 2005 requesting a current employment letter. They received my RFE response on July 8th. I am Software Techie like most of us. Mine was filed under EB-3 category and I don't think I qualify for "Other Workers" category.
