    ND 1/5/01, EAC-01-073-xxxxx I-140 was approved for CP. But when contacted INS on couple of occassion was told that my file was complete. I hope it is.

    How long does it take from FP to GC approved?

    No Title You can check status of your FP by calling FBI at 304-625-5590. You will need ur A# which should be on ur I-140 approval OR 485 receipt OR EAD card. FP is valid for 1 year so they expect your case to be approved in that time then only they will send you for FP.

    What I observed

    i don\'t know. no logic seems to explain the way INS works. My PD is Oct 1, 1999. My ND is 1/5/01 and am still waiting.

    ND 1/5/01, RD 12/27/00, EAC-01-073-xxxxx Case not found!!! I called IIO yesterday and checked they say there are problems with AVM. Also when I asked how come so many cases in end Jan are approved when so many in Dec and early Jan are remaining she says this is normal and happens!!! Funny...

    No Title jai jagdeesh hare, my I-140 was approved for CP. I guess i should check with a IIO if VSC has my 140 with them already. I had called some months ago after my FP was complete and the lady told me that my file was complete so i never checked beyond that. Have you ever checked that .

    You are fine. 1st Statement of AC21 Sec 106(c) states this clearly. You are fine as the 1st Statement in the law about 180 days says that the underlying I-140 shall remian valid if case remains unadjusted for 180 days...

    Any case not founds : ND : Jan2001

    Same Here ND 5th Jan 2001 I have told this to IIO for like 5 times till date but it has not been fixed. I don\'t know when they will fix it. The problem is that every time I need to know whats happening with my case I have to call VSC in day time to speak to someone.
