    Almost Identical Our cases are almost identical. My RD is 07/02/04. I have no LUD on I-140. I-485 LUD on 10/27 and 12/15. Still no FP notice though? Any idea why? I live in CA.

    No FP Notice Yet My RD for 485 is 07/02/04 (concurrent filing). Still no FP notice. LUD 10/27 and 12/15 on 485, but still not FP. Anybody in similar situation? Should I be concerned?

    Are you required to bring a passport when doing the FP? Or, what type of identification is required? The reason being is that my son's passport has to be returned back to the country of origin for renewel. This will take approximate 1 month, and I'm concerned we may receive FP notice during...

    FP Notice not received after 5 Months, Help

    My RD is almost I identical to you. Still no FP. I filed in San Diego. I've heard certain centers can have backlogs, and may take longer.
