so in ur caseafter filing u get i 130 and i 485 NOAs, then ur biometrics in 30 days after filing and next thing-Interview appointment.IF u send i130 and i 485 together ur i 130 will be approved when ur i 485 is approved.usually this takes 2-3 months (to get the IL)

when i filed i enclosed 2 of my husnabnd and 2 for me and i am good. ( but actually they need i think 6 for u and 2 for him) However everyth is fine with my docs, they took a pic of me at my biometrics and this pic goes to my EAD and to my GC. Be on the safe side and send 6 of u and 2 of him :)

when i filed my i 485 i put my maiden name because the CSR told me to do so.... however i want to have my marriage name on my green card. My AP and EAD have my maiden name, My question is -when i go to the GC intervew ,can i ask the officer to change my name and put my marriage name on the GC...

you know why it was undeliverable? Because 3 times they send it to 3 different WRONG addresses. 1st one had no Apt #,second one and 3rd one had wrong street name.HUH!!!i just got the mail from USCIS with the old envelopes where i can see the wrong address.

oh yes i remember this one,there i put my grandmother`s address ,because i didnt have address for more than one year. everything was fine with my application, (i filed in august) so i dont think that this is very important section. its just formal...just put any address .
