    applied on-line Ghee, I applied on-line last week for my wife. and then sent the following documentation to NSC, receipt pf I-485 copy of I-94 and copy of earlier EAD. The I-765 application listed only these three as required. hope that helps,

    Krishna02, you are required to give two new photographs if filing manually. After filing on-line, you should note down the confirmation number and call the 'national customer service'. they 'll help you schedule an appt at a local application support center to have your picture taken...

    I got stamped in Des Moines last month. it shouldn't take long. just go before 12 or after 1 but no later than 1:30. 12 to 1 is their lunch hour. u probably have to wait 1-2 hours. Good luck,

    fellowgc, my msg was not changed for finger prints. until approval, it said, "We received your application on oct 11 2001. it takes about 390-420 days.. ........" It only changed after the approval to say it is approved. Thanks,
