I did my FP by Jun 01, 2002. Considering the 15 month rule... I think my FP is expired by Aug 30, 2003. I never called BCIS.

The Phone message also says the samething. I verified the EAC numbers and getting the same message for two different EAC numbers (for me & for my spouse). Initially when I saw this message (one year back) I thought INS didn't update the system properly and I was expecting that the message...
