You are not eligible to apply concurrently if your priority date is not current.

You do not want to use the EAD obtained through the I-485 filing. The reason is that if your I-485 gets rejected (I hope that will not be the case), you will loose your visa status -- that's the only risk. If your I-485 is approved, then there's no problem.

ETA-9089 is a form for PERM (labor certificate) and its version for NIW filers is ETA-750B.
