Guys, For me, ETA process started in End of May 2003. Mine was non-RIR. My employer filed for SESA somewhere in June 1st week. Case went to Phily DOL by mid to end of september. Labor approved in second week of October 2003. It was amazingly done in 4 months. Good Luck !
