Last week I informed you of the issuence of RFE on my I-140 processing. My lawer got the notice today, where USCIS wanted official transcrips from my university to confirm my Masters in the US. They opened my application after 13 months to issue me a notice. What a joke! At least a consolation...

I think it is amatter of decency now. NSC should, of course, bother to change their projection for I-140 processing from 150-180 days to 365-whatever days.

True for EB3; not EB2 I guess, you are right for EB3 cases but not EB2. We have not seen any EB2 approvals for the last several months. God help US!

Sounds like a good plan to me. If you are soft and logical in words, I do not see any reason of having negative effect.
