My guess is the change in last update date is because of you sending the enquiry. My attorney sent two enquiries so far. And both the times last update date got changed promptly with no change in online status.

Not sure I spoke with Attroney's assistant and it is quite likely she is wrong about 10 business days. I also observed that my LUD changed on 09/22 (when the enquiry was supposedly sent) and on 09/23.

Yep Hi I140inCA, I have asked my attorney to enquire with CIS couple of weeks ago. I have called the Customer Service myself (don't know if it a good idea or not) and the lady took down my info and said she will forward it to CSC. Waiting to hear back .. Is there anything else I can do ? Thanks
