Yeah,My lawyer did my address change with no cost.I received the notice from USCIS after a couple of weeks.Looks like that's one of the safe and best ways to report an address change.

My guess(hope) is that NSC is processing EB3 applications starting Aug 31(new dates reported on OCT 06).

Did you file I140 under EB3 category?.Please let us know.

I got the email for 485 LUD change but only once.
