As far as i know for the past 2 years WAEC had been the basic minimum requirement in Nigeria, it is like if u dont have it, u are out. Aladekunle, is ur number current in April? The Nigerian number is so slow..... just 10900 now Apirl. At this rate, many would not be interviewed this year...

I strongly believe the DV 2007 winners will not be affected, more so if the winners have been notified b4 the law becomes effective, otherwise it means the law is retroactive. I am a not a lawyer either and i am not just been positive, but i think there is a moral basis here.
