    One condition for me is that I don't have the I-140 approval notice. The online status says it's approved in Sep. 2003 and the notice was mailed out. But my lawyer never got it. The lawyer says it's OK. But since I want to switch job, should I do something on it? If so, what can I do?

    When to FP

    I filed my I-485 in June, 2003 and still haven't got FP notice yet. Researching RUPNET, I found that people file in April, 2003 got their FP in two months. While since May, 2003, none got FP till now. Any comments on this issue? Is it a good sign or bad sign.
