My friend send response for his RFE ( for new I140 as company\'s name has changed ) on 21st Aug and INS has received on 08/28 but its not yet approved. Detail EB3 India PD 5/96 ND 6/99 How long its take to get an approval after RFE ?

No Title I don\'t know about that as my friend\'s lawyer did everything and my friend didn\'t supply Salary information. I don\'t think I140 and Salary are related.

My friend has got RFE for redoing I140( as company has merged with another company). INS has received his paper  for this new I140 on Aug 28th 2000. But no approval yet. Anybody with same boat ?

Please post if somebody has received approval after getting RFE on I140 or Other recently.

Please post detail. Like How long it took? what are the papers were sent ? By the way is it possible to send extra document proactively ? Like even they don\'t ask for W2 or employment letter, one can add these with there application.

My friend has recieved RFE. She has to file new I140 as company has merged with other company. My question is does she need to send document proving "Successor in interest" ? Her lawyer is a a..hole Has anybody in the same situation ?

Or they are different. Basicaly I797 is asking to refile I140 for new company. They are not asking anything else like Paystub or W-2s. So I was wondering whether they come in different form.

One of my friend work for Ajilon( Computer people has merged with Ajilon after her I140). Her RD 6/99 ND 6/99 FP 4/00. got RFE.The message has changed on Aug 1st. She is yet to see the notice. Her question is if her RFE ask for new I140 due new company name, does that mean she has to wait...
