Here is the question: If u choose not to live in the U.S after getting the Green card and you enter every 6 months can u keep it ?
Its an employment based greencard and i already entered twice but everytime at the border they are asking me when do u wanna move ? where do u work...

After getting the GC( employment base)if there is no issues with the employer , how soon can someone leave U.S and then come back again?
I mean is there any obligation to stay a certain amount of time for the first time you enter to get your green card??
Or can you get it...

I'm sorry i'm a little bit confused
1)Ok if your PD becomes current and then if retro happens will that effect you ? Let's say my PD becomes current after 6 months there is the possiblity that i will get stuck in retro ?( meaning the dates will go back?)...

Ok my PD is June 2003 (EB3 World) and now visa bulletin shows July 2002 :rolleyes:
So i have to still wait . Every month it moves 2 month.

I thought there is something like police clearance check that even if u are clear u have to get it to show that u have never been in court (not prison) and if u were what was the details because some people have been in court but not in prison .
