I think you need more patience :) You should be receiving it any time now. BTW, have you received your FP yet or it will only be sent out after your response to the RFE?

Just my personal experience, not sure if it applies to the general case: 1) I did get LUD the next day after I called 1-800 to check the status on my case. 2) Yes, I do have LUD after getting response from USCIS for email inquiry. However, I don't think LUD matters anyway. :(

jbxieperm2005 Hi jbxieperm2005, I did not get LUD afer the 3rd FP was done. Based on information on this forum, this is normal for 3rd FP, and you do not need to worry about it. I think we just need more patience.

My concern is that, processed is not "adjudicated". so it can also be a routine message, without any connection with name check status. Anyway, hopefully I will clarify this information next week. It takes about a week this time. inquiry sent on 12/26/06, and received reply on 01/03/2007.

does infopass help? I have scheduled an appointment in local USCIS office in San Jose next Monday to see if I can get the answer from the immigration officer about the name check and when I could received the FP notice. :mad:
