Amrit, Did you manage to file for your 140/485 before Sep 30? Considering that you Labor approval date was Sep 6, you should have....unless ur lawyer DOL screwed up and did not inform you in time...

i went to ottawa in feb 2005 ...got it in 2 hrs ...if your appt is before 11 you get it on the same day...unless if your profession is one of the XXX categories like nuclear scientist in which case it can take upto a week....
