Hate to burst your bubble, but your approval process is on hold from June 28 till the day they notify you that they indeed have in their hands what they were looking for. For instance, if you get your RFE RD (the day they receive it) On July 28th, you just added 30 days to your timeline.

As well even if it's approved today, it can still take a few days to a few weeks to physically receive the card.

True, this release seems like they are as accurate as I've seen them so far.

Heh :0 Here's what I did: Take your original ND and count 60 days, then add the number of days between the RD of your RFE to the date of thier RD for your RFE. Looks like about August 10th.. :)

I've read on this forum that when you cross, they will keep one page, and return you the other - which you can use for subsequent trips.

Look at page 4 of the 131 form for general filing instructions. What you need to send depends on your status.

The EAD is actually for my wife, but yea ! I added the number of days the RFE delayed, and it was Approved on July 10th :) I won the bet muahahahaha hehe.
