Official Inquiry Hi Did you request an official inquiry in your case it seems to be current now. I am on EB3 with PD Feb 2002. I wonder if this will be current for me next month ? How long should I wait, till I can request an enquiry on my case ? :confused:

You need to get it from your local birthplace You have to get it from India where you were born, you should ask your parents to go to a local Municipal Office and get your birth certificate. This may takes time so you should work fast.

Same here, I am also waiting for my Labor Certification My RD is 25th Feb 2003 and I am still getting "received" status on the AVM. I think we are long way from finishing Feb.
