FOlks I have a question on RFE. My wife is on her F1 Visa with research assistantship. She is my dependent in the GC process. While issuing RFE, will INS ask only me for W2, employment letter etc? or can it be for my wife also? thanks sam k

Go forVSC If your lawyer says it is ok to file at VSC, then go for it. It is lot faster than TSC (situation could change though) and you can save trips to Dallas for FP and interviews, if any. -sam

dont think so!! when i called up, the IIo said mine was an August 15 case (which is my RD).

My 2c I am sure IIOs know what RD and NDs are. I hope they have not made a mistake in your case and entered the wrong dates. -samk.

Dont know for sure. I think it is RD The IIO told me that they are processing July 15 cases and that mine was an Aug 15 case. WHen I asked her if it has been assigned, she said yes. -samk.
