report on I-485 situation why not we send him letters asking him to do a story on I485 issue. Yesterday, he clearly mentioned that he is against illegal immigrant and not against the legal immigrants. He may be willing to do a story on the plight of I485 cases (especially TSC cases).

AP Can we use the same Advance Parole multiple times within the same year?

We got our approval a few days back. Our notice date was Feb 10th 2003 and it got approved the same day immigration.com showed that they are now reviewing Feb 10th petitions. So looks like they are working on them ...but very slowly!!
