My lawyer told me you need to have Non avaliablilty certificate This is the offical certificate which INS recognize. Affidavits from parents or family members are supporting documents. Need to have NAC from your local officals.

I think you should wait if you think it will eventually go away Its better to wait if you think the scar will go before your schedule time. Its better to wait now rather than doing it later again and loosing more time which will be not under your control. Just my suggestion... at leat I would...
