I 140: NSC Consolidated XL Tracker

Higher RFE ratio for premium cases may have nothing to do with USCIS having more scrutiny. It could simply be that people that are upgrading to premium have problematic cases by default, and therefore you see more RFEs coming out of premium. But these RFEs would come out anyway through normal...

I think the 15 days, are 15 business days. And yep, you are supposed to get your money back if you dont hear from them in that timeframe, and, they are gonna keep your case in premium processing.

Most of the cases converted to premium around these forums have been approved without RFE. For that matter, I haven't seen any differences in the ratio of RFE/approvals for upgraded cases. Besides, I really doubt NSC uses any different criteria for premium cases than regular cases, they are just...

Please check the USCIS website here: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/prem_process.htm In short, you have to submit form I-907 and a copy of your I-140 receipt notice plus the payment of $1000 to the USCIS. It's important to note that only your company or the lawyer can sign this form...

    140 tracker for EB2 , premium processsing

Premium processing was expanded on 09/25/06 to accept EB1 and EB2 petitions. The fee for premium processing is $1000, you are promised an answer (approval or RFE) in 15 days or you get your money back. At current processing rates you should have to wait around 2 months to see your case approved.

I think there is plenty of hope for everybody. NSC has been moving slowly, but has been moving lately which is better than being completely stalled. True, the TSC/NSC situation is still unfair, but hopefully processing times will soon be even between the two. I think the bi-specialization...

Go to the USCIS website and create an account there. Then go the portfolio and add your cases. You'll see there is a LUD field there.

NSC doesn't seem to be processing cases on a linear fashion. Just today I saw cases being approved or RFEd from LIN 06-142(april 13) to LIN 06-171 (may 22) ...

Watching the pot of water won't make it boil any faster. Really guys, if this is getting on your nerves, let me remind you that in most cases there is nothing you can do. So just get off the computer and enjoy your life. Check like once a week or so, and remember that you'll get approval or...

At some point in time USCIS was only doing concurrent processing for concurrently filed cases, and the only way things would get approved would be a simultaneous approval. I have also many suggestions for the USCIS that would make them improve processing times by factors of magnitude without...

Did your I-485 get appoved too? I always wonder why the USCIS doesn't approved concurrently filed cases if all the processing is done with the I-485 (fingerprinting, EADs, APs..). It would save time for everybody else, instead of now picking up your case and putting it into another queue.

I created a portolio of I-140 cases that are not mine on the USCIS system, basically by sweeping through case numbers and I have like 20 spanning from april to the end of mine. Most of them are pending.. just today they approved one from april 20th. Can't tell if its EB2/3... because i only get...

Is Nebraska doing the cases between 04/24/06 and 05/01/06 one by one or what. October will come and NSC will still be in April.

I'm not sure why you say there is progress in the EB2 arena. I don't see much movement anywhere. Seems like NSC has been stuck in April for a long time. TSC zooming by this is just ridiculous.

Can't you file an extension of applied labor? I am sure that an RFE on the I-140 would not change any extension eligibility. but yeah, He should be pretty close to hear something from the USCIS so maybe its not worth it to pluck down the $1000.

I 140: NSC Consolidated XL Tracker

Why shouldn't you upgrade? If you get an RFE you'll get it with or without premium processing, and its better to get it before than after so you have time to react. So go for it..

Yeah, in my case the I-140, the I-485 and the EAD got the same LUDs on consecutive days.. This could very well be someone scanning a barcode attached on the cases or something like that. At least they are somewhere and not lost in a corner getting dust.
