It means that the initial processing is complete and it is waiting for final certification by the certifying officer. You should be approved very soon!! BTW, What is your PD? From which BEC did you request the screen shot....did you really need it for H1B extention? Thanks!

I don't really care much about whether it's been certified or not....you're absolutely right...it makes no difference. I just want to be sure that they haven't closed my case inadvertently. Keeping my fingers crossed........ :confused:
