RIR Cases - Dec 17, 2003 Just now I talked to the lady at Chicago DOL by calling to 3125965400 -> 4 -> 2. She said they are processing RIR cases received by Dec 17, 2003 and updating the cases in AVM received in Feb, 2004.

I dont need to. Everybody share experiences not frustrations. Here a lot of people are there since 9 months. They didnt create any false stories. You said DOL held IT approvals. But, it is not true. Go and check AVM.

Perm Chicago DOL is not approving cases since one or two weeks. Is PERM implementation in DOL delaying approvals?

AVM Update Ilwaiting, It will not update the AVM on the same day your case was received. It may be one week, two weeks, some times even it will take 4 weeks. Look at shail007's case.

Latest Non-IT cases in AVM Non-IT cases received by DOL in May updated in AVM. Look at the case# 5432500 received on May 25, 2004, updated in AVM. But, no IT case in AVM during MAY period.

DOL Processing Dec 12, 2003 Cases chic-dol, Chicago DOL is processing Dec 12, 2003 cases as of today. You can check the cases 05430659, processd on May 25th and 05430660, processed on May 24th.

Avm AVM shows till Jan 27, 2004 by now and the last case# AVM showing is 5431981 with DOT code 030-162-014. On Jan 26th and 27th most of the cases are IT Professional related...!!! :) :) :)
