Wife's EAD/Ap Question With July's Visa Bulletin, My wife and I are eligible to apply for AOS. My question is that can I apply I485/EAD/AP just for her and only apply I485 for me? Is it valid or possible? Your experience or comments are welcome. Thanks!

Miamivice4u, From now, I can't even try to use it as they are stopping the I140 PPS for Substituted LC cases. Thanks for sharing !

chloekyle, Security check happens in AOS stage (I485) and not in I140 stage. If your application in Texas (Receipt # starting with SRC) then call them now and speak to an person there and open a inquiry into your case. If your application is Nebraska (Receipt # starting with LIN), then wait...

May be having both the titles, the "Project Manager of RF Engineering" as well as "[Senior] RF Engineer" would help. What JustWatching said earlier and having both the titles should help. Consult your Attorney as it is very important. Best of luck.
