Re: Question for HappyBee This is my lawyers guess. In between those few months about 40,000 applications were filed. Yes. My case was remanded to state. DOTxxxxxxx-081 PERM is supposed to start in august 2003.

Re: Question on RIR remanded to traditional labor ukridge_75, It seems depending upon DOT code, the applications are outrightly remanded to state. That's why DOL is so fast now. My attorney told me same things. This may stop if economy improves and there is a shortage of US workers...

Vasu my PD is Aug 2001 RD is 20 sep 2002 ( lawyer says) 25 july 2002 ( according to AVM ) so don't know which is exact RD at DOL. my Dot code is 999.151-081 Happybee

so fast??? How come DOL is so fast? They don't have much cases or started just rejecting one after another because I haven't heard any approval from long time. looks very scary situation to me. :( Happybee
