Any estimates as to how many Federal LC Applications has the Phily DOL received since July 2003? 50,000? 100,000? Trying to judge how long will it take to process a application received in July 04..once they start moving again.

stueym: share your pessimism about Philly. The applications have been stuck in June/July 03 for almost 9-10 months.. does any one know what the story is. I mean surely the number of applications havent jumped in June this much to justify this delay!! Whats going on at Philly?

If you really want to speed up things at Philly, how about asking all those filing their Labor's from DE when the actual firm is somewhere in NJ..

South Office Update is that there is no update..no one picks up the phone..just hope that the only guy processing the applications has not gone for a long memorial day break!

MFC; I checked with South Office on 14 th May. Processing second week of August. As I said in a earlier posting, the guy has over 700 RIR applications and is not very happy about it
