Is it better to remind them or should we wait for there call

My case was file on 12/01/2006 and I had my FP done on 12/28/2006 in Nebraska center. Normally how long FP is valid. I already got my 2nd EAD. When should I expect next FP.

Can you please let me know which state you are in. Also how long did u wait to file WOM. My case was filed on Dec 1, 2006 and i am talking to a lawyer right now. Most of the place it is recommended to wait minimum two years. Did your lawyer also mentioned that.

If applicant file his I-485 and losse his job after moret then 6 months. What does law say in that scenario. Does he need to leave the country right away. Can he wait till he gets green card without getting job. Can he starts a buissnes. Regards

My I-485 was filed on Dec 1, 2006 and I called to USCIS and they told me my name chekc is pending. Do you guys thing 1 year is enough to sue or should I wait more.

Can't first one be withdrawn. In your case when first one was rejected did the return the orignal labor. If yes and can you do the PP now. I have one more question about I485. My case is concurrent. Now I have 2 I140 and one 485. If they reject the I140 what would happen with I485. Regards

I am in the same boat. My lawyer messed up my case. My labor was approved as EB2 but they filed I-140 as EB3. Later on when they realized they filed second I-140 as EB2 with the copy of Labor. When we tried to premiom for EB2 case it got rejected. Right now there are 2 I140 in the system...

Normally how long does it take to get the receipt number for the premium processing case. Do they issue the receipt number or same old receipt number is used which I got for my normal filling. Regards
