45 Day letter responses
Team:
Many of us did, will or are replying 45 day letters we receive from PBEC. Great. The computer system has a "grace" period more than 45 days, I hear it is 10 more days on top of 45 days. For example if I received a 45 day letter today and waited 10 days to respond...
Some News
Just got off the phone with lawyers. They told me the following:
1. Philly Office certifiers are the BEST in nation compared to their peers. They are the ones who really know the LAW and was very fast compared to their peers in the old days and ways. This is why (I think) they...

The 18 Month warning is also put on the "PERM" application web site.

Interesting... I hope the DOL is not playing with...

yes they gave the old LC to someone else
I agree my lawyers suck and I got screwed because of my ignorance on this subject but it took me a while to realize how big of a mistake I made by not forcing them to file the old LC....

A Bit More info About My Case
I just got off the call with my lawyer's paralegal (they tend to know more), and she confirmed that my case is RIR and it DOES have Jan 2001 date on the 45 day letter. I also confirmed that it has "P-05XXX-XXXX" number assigned but they told me that they cant give...
Lost the old LC
My Oct 2001 LC approval is given to another employee so I lost that one. I think the LC is owned by the company not by the employee. in deed it is person independent, but position dependent...

I work for a very global reputable company, our lawyers are big etc... so i know they are not lying to me.... what might be likely is that they may be communicating me a wrong priority date. Have you ever heard of anyone with similar PD? I know worst PD is April 2001 right now so I...
RIR Case From Boston, MA
Hello guys,
see my details below. My 45 letter is received and replied but no approval so far. I think being 2001 this is a unique case. However from what I can tell there are NO approvals on Boston, MA based LC yet. However I have seen multiple 45 days letters issued...
Jan 2001 RIR from NJ
Why in the world an RIR case with PD 2001 could still be in the PBEC approval line? See details in my signature. We had to make corrections in the 45 day letter, would this delay the approval even more?
Thanks for your input.
