Difference in processing times for I-140
Hi, Is there a difference in processing time for I-140 when selecting Adjustment of Status (I-485) versus when selecting Consular Processing? I'm trying to decide which method is fastest. I just got my labor approved. Thanks in advance. -P- moved01

Moved while state LCA still being processed
My job moved from NJ to NY (2 miles from original location) while NJ DOL was processing my LCA. Will I have to abandon my NJ labor application and refile from scratch in NY? I'll lose 18 months if I have to. Please advice! Thanks. PS: The company no longer has a NJ office.
