Guys, I filed for my I-140/I485 one month ago. I will be going on vacation to india for one month. If I get a RFE for any one of these how much time I/My lawyer will have to respond. I'm wondering what if I'm needed during a RFE. Please advice.

Does it mean that I need to wait til I get the recipt. How long it takes to get the recipt these days in VSC I think all that you need is the you should be in the US when you sign and date the 485 form. I'm not sure. I will ask my lawyer tomorrow.
