Sorry guys for late reply. I didn't remember the exact dates. I think RFE submission was on 12 or 13 Oct. I checked status on Friday 22 Oct, they were still processing it. On saturday 23 Oct, it got approved.

Thanx Jhonny, they just demanded degree evaluation (equivalent to US degree) and my employer submitted those 8 days ago after they recieved RFE. One thing I want to confirm. How much is the joining time after H1 approval and what happen if someone is unable to join. Is there a time limit?
