H4/I-94 expired..Overstayed..
What if the period of overstay is more than that - about one and half month? I have the same issue as vinrush. My older H1/wife's H4/I-94 expired on Sept 30th 2003 and we are planning to go to India on Nov 14th 2003. I have a new H1 (not yet stamped) which is valid upto April 2004. We are...- joshmit
