H4 question
I got my H1 stamped ( first h1) last week from chennai. My wife and kid will be appearing for their interview on Aug 14th for H4. Will there be a problem if they know I am still in India - will they ask her to reappear with me? Or should she wait till I leave India to appear for her H4? any one...- vbee
