raja234, I didn't change my job, didn't leave my sponsor. I extended my H1B for another 3 years. During same time I also got my EAD. Everything is in good shape.

It is said it's useful to write an inquire letter to NSC. It may be slow, but it will guarantee your case will be pulled out for replying your letter.

I replied to RFE on 12/22/02 and my online status hasn't been updated until I talked to IIO twice and my lawyer called INS twice. Finally it was updated on 2/10/03 just before my lawyer was going to send another copy. Is your status updated? Thanks!

It seems the approval is slowing down. From this site, there are only at most a couple of cases being approved everyday. Don't know what takes them so long to approve the applications. Long long waiting, the best training for your patience.
