Case details: WAC02057XX Dec 5th-2001 ND 3rd AP and EAD pending coincidentally, i recd the re-FP notices and BCIS' reply letter to the inquiry done by my lwyr on the same day by mail!! my lawyer did inqry (donno how.. phn, fax or letter?) some time in oct in the case status inquiry...

How can JIT date be 12/16/01... ...when 12/16/01 was a sunday! I'm pretty sure this will be corrected to 11/16/01 soon! -EH

EAD approval notice and card will come together. I got my card and notice together on 4/29 for WAC-03-011..So you should be getting it soon. -EH

Planning to obtain IEAD @ SJC (EAD renewal pending > 90 d, was filed on Oct 2002) Do we need to affix foto along with the 765 form ?? bcos I read that INS will take our pics (like the DMV guys do) Any info is appreciated.

My 2nd term EAD & AP were filed sometime during OCT 9 or 10th 2002.. Today (12/31) I recd. AP approval notice sent by the lawyer. Apparently my AP was approved on 12/13/02, valid until 12/12/03. INS online status is also updated to approval state for this AP! EAD is still awaited...
