FP Notice received (ND: March 01)
3/27 ND, I am still waiting for FP Congrats......I am waiting. My lawyer sent two FP fax inquiries. I hope I get it next week. I read soem messages here that, if the spouse does not FP, you can always take her and get hers doen as well. ASC will allow that. Just FYI- sunny72

April 2001 RD/ND and no FP yet.....!!!
March 01 Mailers, No FP yet My RD 3/01, ND 3/27, Got EAD and AP but still waiting for FP Notice. aree there anyone with March ND who did not get FP notice. My lawyers have sent 2nd Fax Inquiry yesterday. I am getting increasingly worried. EB2, India,I live in San Francisco- sunny72
