Processing times Guys, I talked with one of the INS officer at NSC and asked her about the processing time and she said like 75 days. There is definately some mail room delay.

Thanks Gheewlabai!!! The only problem is that I am working for Big 5 and I didn\'t even get a chance to speak with my attorney at all. Every thing has to go through my external immigration council. And they wont tell us any receipt dates or numbers. Is there any tricks that you know to find...

Good News!!!!!! I see one guy on this form who applied for I140 on OCT 11th got his approval on OCT25th. Mine was filed on OCT 16th. Waiting for mine now..
