No Title called chennai conculate yesterday with I 140 EAC number . Oficer replied that files have been sent to vermont late december hope this helps

No Title hi ! Yeah this was the first time we called chennai . We called 91-44-811-2060 at around 10:30 PM CST . We gave our 1-140 receipt number , after verfiying the name and details, the officer confirmed that file has been sent to vermont. Hope this helps

is the 140 for cp is any of your I 140 approved for CP . if so have you guys taken any action like calling the consulates . we are wondering what needs to be done next !

Just found that my 1-140 was approved for CP . AOS RD/ ND FEB 2001. I called the number for the automated system at NVC to check if they have my 140 papers, but did not see any option to speak to a live representative.How do i get through to a Representative at NVC . Thanks in advance for your help

whn to apply for renewal our EAD expires at feb 2002. my H1b 6 years also exipres at that time. my GC nr/rd is feb 2001. We are thinking of applyting for renewal in september or october just to be safe.. can some of you post your experiences on how long it takes now to get EAD renewal /approval...

avm in our case too the avm message was case not found... till like 2 weeks back when we started getting the 350- 540.... blah blah message..... i wouldnt worry about it !
